"Veronica is outstanding! She helped me sell my home and buy another in a very short time frame. She took away ALOT of the stress by being informative, timely, flexible and most importantly HONEST. She helped us every step of the way and had timely direct answers for all of our questions. Veronica was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly her friendliness accompanied with her professionalism made her TOP NOTCH! We trusted her and knew we were in good hands. WE WILL ONLY USE HER SERVICES IN THE FUTURE. Also last but not least her negotiation skills are superb! We got a pretty significant deal on repairs that took a lot of her time and effort."

"My sister and I met Veronica about a year ago after my brother-n-law met her at a Realtors conference. Turns out she was from where our house was and knows some of the same people we do from the area. She was completely familiar with the location of our house and what we needed to do to get it ready for the market. She used all of her tools available to her to get us positioned exactly where it needed to be. Veronica kept us up to date throughput the whole process. She would make recommendations to improve our positioning and each time they did just what she thought they would. When our contract came in it was exactly what we were hoping for! Veronica has been more than willing to answer questions questions and get answers for us when she wasn’t 100% certain. She also provided us with options and suggestions that we hadn’t even thought of - bringing all of her knowledge of the market but also the area to the table. She has been great to work with! We have gotten to know Veronica on more than just a client/realtor level and I truly believe that allowed all of us to say and advise each other on a deeper level.
